Heavy items sent by Parcel Force will take a day or two longer. Please notify us if your order does not arrive within 5 working days of being notified. Royal Mail loss claim procedure does not deem a package to be lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date & 10 working days for Special Delivery claims.
