Should an unfortunate situation arise where your fish are dead on arrival (D.O.A),
we May refund your purchase (shipping excluded) or give credit, or replace the fish on the next order,
this applies to shipping in the uk only.
We Require an email with a picture of the fish in the double bagged as they arrive and Unopened.
this is required within 8 hours of arrival of the fish to you home, Sorry, no exceptions.
We cannot be held responsible for D.O.A's due to carriers fault of Freak weather,and delays,
We are not responsible for fish arriving with "blown" or damaged fins. Each fish leaves here in pristine condition double bagged and heat pack when used.
(unless we otherwise STATE) we cannot be held responsible for damages occurring during transit.
When your fish leaves here they are alive and healthy. Unfortunately, we have no control over how Our carrier handles the shipment.
We reserve the right to delay your shipment if necessary due to inclement weather Or unforseen circumstances.

Please note if you ordering a fish from Thailand on the next shipment to the uk all money,has to be received before the order can take place This is paid to the seller in Thailand. Other charges will apply for handling,Re shipping to you.
Refunds & Replacements - Livestock
We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our FISH. DOA's must be claimed on the day of arrival, no later. Photographic evidence will be required.I do not expect a bungled shipment, but if it happens I will work with you to replace the fish or May refund your purchase price minus shipping costs,or give Credit toward another purchase.
We may request that stock be returned to us for post-mortem examination. Dead on Arrival stock will be replaced, excluding postage charges which remain the responsibility of the customer. Our guarantee will be deemed invalid should an order be collected from a postal holding depot as a result of the customer not being present to sign for and receive the goods at the given delivery address on the given day as this is guaranteed.
